When will my shipment be ready for pick-up?
Shipments are typically available for pick up within a seek of shipping. However, delays at the port due to unforeseen circumstances or the customs department do occur periodically and are out of our control. We strive to do our best to ensure all shipments are available in a timely manner.
What fees should I expect to pay?
You can expect to pay an Agency fee, warehouse fee and customs duty as determined by the Customs Department of Jamaica.
If I shipped door-to-door, how will I pay for my fees and customs duty?
All door-to-door shipments are paid in the USA at our offices before the shipment leaves. As a door-to-door customer, you will be given an estimate of charges at the time of shipping. Please note that this is an estimate as Safari Shipping cannot determine the final amount to be charged in Customs Duty by the Government of Jamaica. The customer will be informed of the final amount due and payable at the time of clearance before delivery is made.
How do I know I can trust your delivery service?
At C & S, we own our trucks and our drivers are members of our team. This ensures that your shipment is delivered safely to your address. We do not use a third party delivery service.
